The Presidential Candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, has appointed Barrister Anthony Ehilebo as his Special Adviser on Media and Digital Communication ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
The appointment, which takes immediate effect, was announced in a statement issued by Makinde’s Media Adviser, Sulaimon Olanrewaju.
According to the statement, additional announcements concerning members of the campaign team will be made subsequently.
Makinde expressed confidence that Ehilebo’s experience as a communication strategist and lawyer would be instrumental in advancing the APM’s message of resetting Nigeria and its campaign for victory in the 2027 presidential election.
The Oyo State governor and APM presidential candidate also called on Nigerians to remain resolute and rally behind the party, describing the 2027 election as a historic opportunity to rescue the country from what he described as the failed leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
“With unity, courage, and determination, we will reclaim Nigeria’s destiny and deliver the future our people deserve,” Makinde affirmed.
