Oyo State Governor and Presidential Candidate of the Allied People’s Movement (APM), ‘Seyi Makinde, has unveiled key members of the party’s campaign structure as preparations intensify for the 2027 general elections.
The campaign team is scheduled to be officially inaugurated on Friday at 3:30 p.m. at the Conference Room of the Governor’s Office.
Leading the campaign structure is the Executive Chairman of the Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Dr. Nureni Adeniran, who has been appointed as the Oyo State Coordinator of the APM 2027 Presidential Campaign and Director-General of the Oyo State Governorship Campaign Council.
Also appointed is Hon. Saheed Arowosaye (popularly known as AROSAD), who will serve as Deputy State Coordinator of the presidential campaign.
The party further named Hon. Demola Ojo as Deputy Director-General (South), Dr. Femi Ojo as Deputy Director-General for Oyo Central, and Alhaji Siju Lawal as Deputy Director-General for Oyo North.
In the campaign’s special directorates, Hon. Ramata Agberemi Dabo was appointed Director of the Women’s Wing, while former Special Assistant (Youth) to Governor Makinde, Hon. Kazeem Bolarinwa, was named Director of the Youth Wing.
The Allied People’s Movement stated that additional members of the campaign council would be announced in due course as the party continues to strengthen its campaign machinery ahead of the 2027 elections.
