The family of the late Pa Amos Adetunji Akande has expressed profound appreciation to all those who attended his funeral ceremony held in Otu on November 1, 2025.
In a message issued on behalf of the family, Prof. Adeolu Akande conveyed sincere gratitude to friends, associates, and well-wishers for their prayers, thoughtful gifts, and presence during the burial rites of their late father.
The family noted that the outpouring of love, solidarity, and support brought comfort to them during the period of mourning and helped ease the emotional weight of the ceremony.
“We sincerely express our deepest gratitude for your prayers, thoughtful gifts, and gracious presence at the funeral of our beloved father, Pa Amos Adetunji Akande,” the statement read.
Prof. Akande further prayed for God’s blessings on all who stood by the family, describing the support received as fraternal and deeply appreciated.
“Your kindness and support brought comfort to our hearts during the funeral. May God bless you abundantly for your fraternal support on the occasion. You are most appreciated,” he added.
