The Aare of Ibadanland and Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland, Edo and Delta States, His Eminence Alhaji (Dr.) Dawud Makanjuola Akinola (De-Damak), in company of the Chief Imam of Ibadanland, His Eminence Sheikh Abdulganiy Abubakri Agbotomokekere, and other prominent Muslim leaders, yesterday paid a welcome visit to the Olubadan-designate, Oba (Dr.) Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, at his residence in Ibadan.

During the visit, the Chief Imam of Ibadanland led a special prayer session for the Olubadan-designate, seeking long life, divine guidance, and a prosperous reign that will bring peace and development to Ibadanland.
The Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland, Edo and Delta States, His Eminence Alhaji (Dr.) Dawud Makanjuola Akinola, enjoined the Muslim community to continually remember the Olubadan-designate in prayers. He expressed confidence that the reign of Oba (Dr.) Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja will usher in prosperity, unity, and progress for the ancient city.
