Members of the Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) have elected a new set of executives to oversee the affairs of the chapel for the next three years.

The election, which took place on Wednesday, was conducted under the supervision of the Oyo State Council of the NUJ, led by its Chairman, Comrade Akeem Abas.

At the end of the exercise, Adeyinka Adeniran emerged as Chairman, while Aderemi Koleosho was elected Vice Chairman. Rotimi Agboluaje was chosen as Secretary, and Shehu Suleiman emerged as Treasurer.
Following the inauguration of the new leadership, the NUJ Oyo State Council, on behalf of its leadership, congratulated the newly elected executives and wished them a successful and prosperous tenure in office.
