The Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Mabushi, Abuja, has issued a public notice cautioning individuals and organizations against the sale or purchase of Federal Government properties located across Oyo State.

In the notice, the Ministry stated that several properties belonging to the Federal Government, its international partners, and various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) have been falsely presented as being for sale. It emphasized that the listed properties remain the property of the Federal Government and are not available for purchase or transfer.
The properties include:
- Africa Regional Centre for Engineering Design and Manufacturing (ARCEDEM) — approximately 73.954 hectares of land situated along Iwo Road, Olodo, Lagelu Local Government Area, Ibadan.
- Federal Low-Cost Estate and Site and Services — approximately 51.982 hectares of land located at Idi-Ayure, Oyo State.
- Federal Housing Scheme Programme — approximately 90.61 hectares of land located in Saki, Oyo State.
- National Strategic Grain Reserve Programme (Federal Ministry of Agriculture) — approximately 10.002 hectares of land at Iyande Church Area, Ibadan.
- Radio Nigeria Property — approximately 4.89 hectares of land located at Basorun, Ibadan.
- National Horticultural Research Institute Property — located at Ajalubosa, Alesinloye Area, Ibadan.
The Ministry warned that any person or entity attempting to purchase, negotiate, or claim ownership of any of these properties would be deemed to be engaging in unauthorized dealings.

It added that such actions would be done entirely at the risk of the individuals or organizations involved, stressing that the Federal Government would not recognize or validate any transaction involving the sale or transfer of these assets.
The Ministry reiterated its commitment to safeguarding Federal Government properties nationwide and advised members of the public to verify the authenticity of any property-related information through official government channels.
