The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), Oyo State Chapter, has extended its congratulations to His Imperial Majesty, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, the Arusa I, on his coronation as the Olubadan of Ibadanland.
In a joint statement jointly signed by the Chairperson, Omolola Alamu, and the Secretary, Eniola Adeaga, the Association prayed that Oba Ladoja’s reign would usher peace, prosperity, and progress for Ibadanland and its people.
NAWOJ also expressed deep appreciation for the rich cultural heritage of Ibadanland, noting the significance of the monarch’s role in preserving and promoting it.
The Association wished the new Olubadan a successful and memorable tenure, praying that his wisdom, leadership, and vision would guide Ibadanland toward a brighter future.
