The Chairman of Aare Latosa LCDA, Hon. Ayoade Akeem Adewale, has reaffirmed his administration’s dedication to improving social infrastructure and enhancing the welfare of residents within the LCDA. During a need assessment tour of various wards, Hon. Ayoade emphasized the importance of addressing the specific needs of the community to foster economic growth and create a conducive living environment.

Highlighting the significance of the inspection, Ayoade noted that familiarizing himself with the pressing needs of the people was crucial to ensuring effective governance. He assured residents that his administration would take immediate steps to address the identified challenges, with a focus on creating sustainable solutions.

While visiting key areas, including Farayola bridge, Olive Primary School bridge, and several faulty boreholes in Samonda and Sango, Ayoade expressed his confidence in the people-focused leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde, FNSE. He reassured the community that their needs would be met without bias, in line with the governor’s commitment to inclusive development.

Hon. Ayoade also called on residents to support the administration by fulfilling their civic duties, such as paying taxes and rents, which would contribute to the development of both the state and the LCDA.

During the visit to the 30/30 goat market, the market chairman, Alhaji Abdul Rasaq Adeyemo Emiola, praised the council boss for his proactive approach. He requested improvements to retaining walls and the channelization of the nearby river to support the market’s infrastructure and development.

Hon. Ayoade was accompanied on the tour by key officials, including Hon. Sulaiman Ajao, Ward 12 Councillor; Hon. Abiola Sunday, Ward 11 Councillor; Hon. Abeeb Alayande, Ward 10 Councillor; Deacon Ajebisi Olabode, Head of Local Government Administration; Engr. Aremu Ambali, Director of Works; Pastor Oluwaseun Dada, Director of Admin and General Services; Mr. Ajibola Rotimi, Director of Finance and Supplies; and Mrs. Bukky Sanusi, Internal Auditor.
